By purchasing a programme or coaching sessions from me, you agree to and understand the following:

1. That coaching is a potentially life-changing experience. You understand and accept that you remain responsible for your choices, actions, thoughts and feelings throughout the coaching process.
2. You agree that you (or your representatives) will not under any circumstances hold Emma Brassington liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a direct or indirect result of any coaching that you receive, irrespective of the form you receive it in.
3. You understand and agree that coaching and any other of the tools or techniques shared are NOT a replacement for medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric services or counselling.
4. You understand that Emma Brassington does not treat, prescribe or diagnose any condition and that you must make her aware of any diagnosis or mental illness or any relevant medical condition that you may have or have had in the past and seek appropriate consent from your medical practitioner or consultant before undertaking any form of coaching with Emma Brassington. If you do not do so, you accept that you proceed at your own risk.
5. Anything discussed during a one-to-one coaching session will be treated as confidential. The only exception to this confidentiality is if you share information that you or another person was in serious or mortal danger. Even then you would be advised that this confidentiality would be broken for this specific reason and no other.
6. A minimum of 12 hours notice is required in order to reschedule or postpone a booked session. This can be done via the booking link (where provided) or by phone or email.
7. Payment is due in advance of the commencement of the programme or coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed. If you are paying via a payment plan or subscription, a missed payment will result in cancellation of your purchase.
8. Once a programme or set of sessions has been purchased, no refund, cancellation or rescheduling is available. Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to transfer remaining funds to purchase other services by Emma Brassington Coaching.
9. On signing up for any programme or product your email will be used to send you information that we think you may find helpful, like videos, blogs, news and special offers. We do not spam and your information is processed in line with our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time and your information is not shared with any third party.
